The goal is to show the beauty of people with Vitiligo and display their own emotions onto their skin. Many people with Vitiligo wanted to show me their own acceptance of who they are. I wanted to use the shoot as an opportunity to reveal their true beauty and to accentuate with my paintings and face painting colors that I see people as breathing and living work of Art. Art is the way to transcend and heal. My “Vitiligo” project was featured in an article on CNN.com in June 25, 2014:
